Instantly! that customer had experience, “Wow they really care that i purchase the product, i’m gonna share it with somebody”.
Its amazing how little interaction with this customer directly, can really rally enhance their purchase experience.
Improved customer insight – Like i said its an instant feedback, Google reviews it or not, you are gonna get this comments, your gonna get that instant instant feedback. They can help you shape your company, they can help shape you products for the better.

What content should i share.
Alright, social media marketer asking what content should i share? .. All i can say is “TEST” “TEST” “TEST”, Try different content.
Test what content get likes, share, re-tweet, comments for you, For some brands, more like fashions, jewelry, it may be celebrity images/news. some brand it may be funny news, viral videos.
So constantly make a test “TESTING IS KEY” to see whats your target market likes or see most of post gets engaging organically. Then just put some “memes, quotes, and ecards they’re just good for viral sharing.
REMEMBER: “Funny” is equals to “shareable”.
TIPS – Include a link to your website in every post you make. if someone share your meme, your link is share as well. I personally like to even brand all my memes, quotes,etc. content with my domain name right on the images.
What to post
Keep it short – its all about brevity. i’d like to Post with 80 characters, from the data i collected, i got more 25% HIGHER interaction than longer post.
Use Photos – Post that includes photos receive interaction rates 43% than average.
Call to action still work – telling fans how they should interact will help drive specific type of interaction. Like: Share this!, Like this!, Comment or type any xyz!
This is the data i collected this past few years.

Literally i type this in the beginning of the post, so i post like “Share this photo if you are love this kind of a dog and if you are ready to have this one also”. This is psychological subconscious thing, But i’m telling them, i’m commanding them , to like this, to comment this, to share this.
